1- Eat a balanced diet

3- Practice sports
Sports help to avoid bone and back problems and the problem of accumulation of fat in the body, and it is advised to do light exercise for 10-15 minutes daily, as the sport improves blood circulation and mood and psychological conditions.
Dr. Raymond A. Moody found that a minute of laughter equals 45 minutes of practicing relaxation exercises. The American researcher explains that laughing increases the brain’s oxygen supply, reduces pressure and stimulates digestion, and that laughter helps secrete hormones of happiness.
5- Break the daily routine
Mental health needs to break the daily routine, which may be somewhat boring, by changing the usual way to work, for example, or doing new exercises such as yoga, or enjoying new experiences and experiences.
6- Taking into account the atmosphere of the bedroom
The bedroom temperature should be appropriate to get good sleep, with the bedroom well ventilated throughout the day, setting the room’s humidity to avoid damaging the mucous membranes and making them vulnerable to viruses and bacteria attacks.
